Energy Saving Tip for Today
Energy dollars could be going right out your door! The Department of Energy’s energysavers.com website says: “New exterior doors often fit and insulate better than older types. If you’re building a new home, you should consider buying the most energy-efficient doors possible.” We recently replaced the door in this photo at 110 Sandy Ridge Rd in Kitty Hawk, NC. There are recommendations on the Energy Savers website for installing weatherstripping if replacing doors is not in your budget.
